Prices are shown in USD. Monthly and annual billing are available for paid plans. Under the current standard offering, annual subscription pricing reflects a 20% discount compared with twelve monthly payments. The Free plan does not require payment. Enterprise pricing is separately negotiated.

Your subscription renews automatically at the selected billing interval until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees are generally non-refundable except as described in the Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

What happens during the trial?

A paid plan can start with a 7-day Starter-equivalent trial: no credit card required and no automatic charge. Your Organization returns to the Free plan after the trial unless you choose a paid plan. Published USD amounts and plan bands are reference points for onboarding—not silent, automated surprise overages by default. Annual billing reflects a 20% discount versus twelve monthly payments; confirm exact terms with our team.

Do accounting firms have separate pricing?

Yes. Client workspace plans shown for companies are separate from accounting-firm programs. Firm pricing is scoped with you based on portfolio size, workflow depth, and support—use the Accounting firms tab and contact us for next steps.

Do you charge per company or per client?

Company plans are priced per subscribing workspace or organization context shown in checkout and contracts—not per arbitrary “client” label. Firms are quoted based on the program you agree with our team; ask us for the model that matches your practice.

Is QuickBooks-compatible export included?

We describe export and handoff options where they exist in the product today or on your stack. Availability can depend on configuration and rollout—confirm what is supported for your books before you rely on it.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. When throughput, reporting needs, or operational complexity shifts, we help you move between Starter, Growth, and Scale—or adjust firm scope—so the workflow stays realistic.

What is not included?

GoodKeeping is workflow software for statements, review, follow-up, and month-end visibility—not a substitute for professional tax, legal, or attest services unless you separately engage a provider for those outcomes.

Do prices include tax or accounting services?

Subscription prices cover the software and described support tiers. They do not include your CPA’s professional fees, filings, or jurisdiction-specific tax compliance work unless explicitly contracted with your service provider.
