GoodKeeping is an AI-assisted, human-reviewed bookkeeping workflow platform for organizing statements, transactions, client requests, reports, and handoff materials.

Client requests

Yes. GoodKeeping supports document and statement intake workflows where enabled.

QuickBooks-compatible handoff

GoodKeeping can prepare QuickBooks-compatible exports and handoff files. Direct API sync should only be mentioned when enabled—ask the GoodKeeping team for current options.
Handoff materials may include reviewed transactions, category and account mappings, source statements, unresolved items, client Q&A, attachment indexes, and other review context your firm expects.
GoodKeeping does not claim official Intuit certification. We describe deliverables as QuickBooks-compatible or handoff-ready where that matches the materials—confirm requirements with your accounting partner.

Pricing

GoodKeeping pricing depends on the plan, workflow needs, and whether the account is a company or accounting firm. See Pricing or contact us for details.
During early access there is no platform fee until we launch Live. After Live, annual subscribers can save 30% on their first annual plan when they choose annual billing—see Pricing for the current early-access framing.
Firm-oriented plans and workflows can be discussed with the GoodKeeping team so scope, assignments, and pricing stay aligned with how your practice operates.

Security and data

GoodKeeping is designed with secure access controls, tenant separation, and audit-aware workflows. We do not claim security certifications we have not obtained.
Access is scoped by organization, role, and assignment. Accounting teams only access clients they are authorized to work on.
